It has come to our attention that Cutty's has contacted you regarding outstanding membership dues.

Enclosed is a memorandum that we have provided to Cutty's members who have had small claims actions brought against them. It might be helpful to give a copy of this memorandum to the judge at any small claims hearing.

If you have paid any money to Cutty's within the last ten (10) years, the Statute of Limitations will not apply in your case so you should keep that in mind before you pay anything to Cutty's if you plan to use that defense.
