Travel America Scheme
Under Fire by Attorney

[1/30/2004] Travel America and their agents persist in trying to trick and coerse undeserved money from former TAI members.

NOTE:THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY!

Your attorney for this matter, Mr. Napier, put them on notice that such unauthorized activity is in violation of the law. They must direct communications of that type directly to HIS office - not to you...

You are not alone. Your friends care about you. Don't be afraid of them...

Re:   Collection of Maintenance Dues

To Whom It May Concern:

I have received numerous complaints regarding your attempt to collect maintenance dues which are associated with Thousand Adventures, Inc. and/or Travel America, Inc. or their various subsidiaries or alias used by these organizations.  I have contacted Travel America repeatedly and informed them that they should cease and desist all collection efforts of these maintenance dues and that our office represents all former Thousand Adventures members with regard to these issues.  We view all attempts to collect debts directly with the individual members without contacting our office first as a violation of the Unfair Debt Collection Practices Act.

I would appreciate immediate confirmation that you have ceased all collection efforts against Thousand Adventures‘ members and you will direct all future contacts, correspondence, telephone calls, or other communications to my attention.

Sincerely,

Napier, Wolf & Napier

Douglas H. Napier
