Defendants acknowledge that they have read and understand the terms and conditions of this Final Judgment and Consent Decree. Defendants further understand the legal obligations imposed upon them by this Final Judgment and Consent Decree, and understand that a violation of this Final Judgment and Consent Decree may result in proceedings against them , including an action for contempt of court.

Now, with  the consent of the parties, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED S FOLLOWS:

1. This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of the Complaint having been filed herein and the parties to this Final Judgment and Consent Decree.

2. Defendants, at all times relevant hereto engaged in trade and commerce within the meaning of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, in that they advertised, offered for sale, and sold campground memberships in Willow Creek Resort Corporation, as well as membership upgrades and releases from membership to consumers in the State of Illinois.

3. Defendants agreement to the provisions of this Final Judgment and Consent Decree does not constitute an admission of liability of the violations alleged in the Complaint

ORDER

NOW THEREFORE, on the basis of these findings, and for the purpose of effecting this Final Judgment and Consent Decree, IT IS HEREBY ORDERRED AS FOLLOWS:

1. Defendant, their successors, assigns, officers, agents, servants, employees, and those persons in active concert or participation with Defendants, are hereby permanently enjoined from:
