NAM Statement of Purpose

• NAM operates on behalf or members and non-members alike with funds obtained from gifts, grants, and donations.

• It will operate in the public interest as a non-profit corporation for the purpose of conducting, sponsoring and encouraging study and research on issues important to protect the well-being, security, and comfort of people who use campground resorts, condominiums and time shares.

• It will compile, publish, and disseminate information, reports and other documents that can be used to educate the general public and government officials on those issues and potential solutions to related problems.

• Information will also be obtained and disseminated in discussion groups, forums, lectures, panels, etc.

• The organization exists exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes.

• State and/or regional associations will be established by members of this corporation to support the purposes stated above.
