The National Association for Members (NAM) was organized to
advocate for all people who use campground resorts, condominiums,
and timeshares. We operate in the public interest as a non-profit
corporation to promote the well-being, security, and comfort
of people who use campground resorts (RV Parks), condominiums
and time shares through study, research and advocacy.
NAM is organized exclusively for charitable and educational
purposes and operates on behalf of members and non-members
alike with funds obtained from gifts, grants, and donations.
We want to stabilize and improve the rights members should
have in their contracts. Many of us, speaking with one voice
can make things change for the better. NAM is that voice.
We will work with government agencies, campground resort owners/developers,
and others to stabilize, improve, and enforce, the rights
you get in your contract.
You can help "Make a Difference" How
can we get government officials to take a look at the problems
of RVers and Timeshare "Owners"?
One way is for us to organize and make an all
out effort.
The Federal Trade Commission is interested in these problems now.
Report fraud and harassment to them.
The National Association of State Attorney's
General (NAAG) meets twice a year to discuss consumer affairs
and fraud. The fact that thousands of us have been cheated
by unscrupulous membership campground resort owners and timeshare
operators has not 'yet' been enough to put it on their agenda for
discussion. Report the fraud and harassment to them too.
